1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to nextelwebsite.com and your use of the Nextel Connect eSIM service, operated by Nextel Network (CAC BN No. 9628017). By activating a Diamond or Royal eSIM, or using any Nextel Cloud feature, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Activation

You must provide accurate identification and contact information to activate a Nextel eSIM. Activation fees (₦10,500 for Diamond, ₦17,500 for Royal) are one-time and non-recurring. Your Connect Bonus (₦8,000 Diamond / ₦14,000 Royal) is credited to your Nextel Cloud wallet upon successful activation, not paid in cash directly.

3. How Earnings Work

Calls Reward, SMS Reward, WebGain, Referral Connect Bonus, Saved Contacts, and Turnover Commission are calculated according to the rates published on this website at the time the activity occurs and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice. Royal-tier benefits (calls reward, Global Roaming, higher WebGain and SMS rates, 1% turnover commission, saved-contacts rewards) are exclusive to Royal eSIM subscribers and are not available on Diamond.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed daily with no minimum balance via direct bank transfer, the Nextel V-Card (Verve), or conversion to airtime/data (VTU). We reserve the right to carry out standard verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or unusually large withdrawal requests, to protect against fraud.

5. Free POS Terminal

Verified subscribers may qualify for a free Nextel POS terminal to operate a business of any kind, subject to verification requirements and reasonable use. Nextel reserves the right to recall a POS terminal in cases of inactivity, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use your Nextel eSIM or referral link for spam, fraudulent referrals, fake call/SMS generation, bot traffic on your WebGain page, or any activity designed to artificially inflate earnings. Accounts found engaging in such activity may have rewards reversed and may be suspended.

7. Incentives & Achievement Rewards

Referral targets, gadgets, branded merchandise, and trip incentives are awarded at Nextel's discretion based on published achievement tiers at the time the target is met, and are subject to verification of genuine, active referrals.

8. Service Changes

Nextel may update pricing, reward rates, plan features, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of your eSIM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nextel provides its service on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable network coverage and accurate earnings tracking, Nextel is not liable for losses arising from network outages, third-party payment processor delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and are subject to applicable NCC and CAC regulations.
